Are You Lonesome Tonight?

Melissa Western and her versatile band dive into the back catalogue of Elvis Presley - the one and only King of Rock and Roll.

During his career Elvis Presley acted in 31 movies debuting with Love me tender (1956) up until Change of Habit (1969).

Although some critics denigrated the witless jokes and ludicrous narratives of some of the movies, no-one ever questioned the magnetism and talent of Elvis and especially the music that featured.

Join singer/actor Melissa Western and her fabulous band for a silver sequinned trip down memory lane as they reinterpret songs made famous by the King of Rock and Roll along with a nostalgic nod to the movies themselves and a heartfelt tribute to an icon of popular music and culture.
