The City Sounds

The City Sounds is Australia’s largest free live music program, presenting music in the Queen Street Mall, Post Office Square, and Reddacliff Place every week. Since 2000 The City Sounds has been bringing Brisbane’s emerging music talent to light. Home to some of the most influential Australian bands and artists of the last 40 years, there’s no doubt Brisbane has a distinct music DNA. The City Sounds is committed to giving local talent a public stage, and offering audiences a chance to discover original music in Brisbane.
