At The Loo With a View - Mooloolaba


The story of Mooloolaba shared by elders, historians, poets, musicians and other community keepers of knowledge. Storyteller and traditional custodian Lyndon Davis shares stories from his grandmother who lived on Mooloolaba Island in the 1920’s, former music makers and shakers will reminisce the lively music scene of the 1980’s and local identities will recall the events that shaped Mooloolaba into the tourist town of the present day.

Do you have a story to share about Mooloolaba? We are currently collecting and recording stories as part of the STORYPLACE project. Selected stories will be available for download now and into the future. Spoken word, poetry and music based submissions are all welcome.
