Lissa and Nee Nee’s Rainbow Sparkle Band are teaming up with the Common People Dance Project for the inaugural Disco Sparkle Dance Party. Kids love to dance …. they love to disco even more! But this isn’t your average “DJ in a school hall” type of kid’s disco – it’s a disco, performance and dance workshop all rolled into one.

Lissa and Nee Nee’s Rainbow Sparkle Band features mum and dad – Melissa Western and Tnee Dyer – their two kids – Ella 8 (aka DJ Musa) and Sasha 6 (aka DJ Harmonie) and their funky band. This family of four funsters from Brisbane’s north will be belting out disco hits such as Play That Funky Music, Blame it on the Boogie and more.

And…Get ready to bust a move with Common People Dance Project’s fun family dance party. You're invited to join host Neridah Waters and her Dancing Queens on the dance floor to learn a series of choreographed dance moves and bust out your own dance style as you groove to songs old and new in an upbeat celebration of music and movement that’s for everyone.
Dress-ups are encouraged. Disco balls and glitter supplied.
