In KOORALBYN, Tenzin Choegyal (Tibetan musician), Kacey Patrick (vocals), Andrew Veivers (Spanish guitar), Rebecca Karlen (violin/vocals), Jarred Fogarty (didgeridoo) and John Reeves (piano/piano accordian) explore, through the textual possibilities and traditions of their instruments, the interconnectedness of their personal stories. Drawing on their cultures and unique artforms these exceptional artists reveal songs from their homelands (Tibet, Sweden, Holland, Britain, Australia) and their musical traditions (flamenco, jazz, Tibetan, African, classical) as a shared expression of collective cultural authenticity.
